E-mail: 		We enjoyed this comfortable hotel. We had a room that was nice a cool. Really loved the sea water pool and the owner is a very honest man!
Enjoyed a drink with him on our last night.

The location is great and Tavira the town and the beach are superb if you are looking for a quiet charming and safe place with good food.

E-mail: 		In the days of multi international hotel chains where you can wake up in the morning and not know if your in Frankfurt or LA there are little gems of independence around the world and this is one of them.
Visit this place, find out what a luxuary it is to talk to the owner, he remembers your name, swim in his pool, he will ask you if it is OK. Ask him about the area and he will tell you what to see and where to eat. He is a great host that cares.

E-mail: 		we spent in Tavira-Inn wonderfull and amazing time. the house and owner did that half days we stayd around the swimming pool, didn´t want to go to the sea. in the evening we spend few time talking with Sebastiao. It was very pleasure to be there and Sebastiao recommend us perfect restaurant. thank you and one time again...

E-mail: 		We had a delightful stay at the Tavira Inn. So conveniently close to the cute town centre, and the ferry to the stunning beach. And of course your wonderfully helpful host, Sebastiao. If we were to come back to Tavira, we would definitely come back to the Tavira Inn.

 Tavira Inn is situated in a very convenient location for the town centre, and offers very good accommodation (the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in!), shower was piping hot, room immaculately kept, plenty of quirky and cool artwork on display and salt pool was an added bonus after a hard and hot day on the beach!! The parking at the hotel was also very easy and at no extra cost definitely added even more value for money.
Would love to go back and would recommend the town of Tavira as well for its beaches (cheap and fun boat ride away), restaurants, evening entertainment and local colour.
Sebastiao was a very friendly and helpful host.

we had two beautiful days in your guesthouse but
it was to short but we feld very good . Your house has a beautiful atmosphere and it is very cosy.So if we have a little more time we like to come back and stay little bit longer.
It is a nice place to relaxe.

E-mail: 		After visiting the Algarve for more then 10yrs,
from Sagres,Alvor,Albufeira,Olgos de agua,Praia de Falesia,Paderne,Loule,Villamoura,etc...i stayed this month(june 2011)for 2 weeks at Tavira
and booked a room with balcony in the smallest hotel i ever did...the Casa do Rio(Tavira Inn),
in my opinion a "pearl".The owner,Sebastiao,does
everything he can for you as a guest,not a "paying
room number"...like his "spirit" and i'm looking
forward for another visit...next year!

 Gostamos imenso destes 3 dias que passamos em sua casa. a piscina é muito agradevel, e o local também. Verdade que está perto do comboio, mas sinceramente nunca acordei com isso, logo para mim não se torna um ponto negativo eheh.

Da proxima vez que for a Tavira, espero voltar a ficar ai hospedada. Gostamos imenso.

Muitos cumprimentos ao Sr. Sebastião que tão bem nos recebeu, e até à proxima. =)
